Please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive.  We usually ship same or next day from the Iowa Basketball Hoop warehouse. Most hoops ship via truck which can take a few extra days. All basketball hoops ship free.

Returns are easy. If something isn't right simply contact us and we will work with you to get the perfect hoop. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and promise to make it right. Goalsetter does require a 15% restocking fee on any returns. Unfortunately we are unable to return hoops that have been installed.

You get a full 365 days to return your new condition products to us. If you don't like it or you've changed your mind simply send it back to us and we'll cheerfully refund you every cent.
